Fall 2024/Spring 2025 London Program Assistant Application Requirements
All applicants to the London Study Centre Program Assistant position are required to submit an application and the supporting documents listed below via our applications site.

  1. Application form
  2. Resume
  3. 1 page essay describing the following:
    • Your approach to advising students (i.e., how you would help students handle their personal concerns, relate to overseas culture, and achieve program objectives)
    • How being abroad would advance your academic and personal goals
    • Your leadership style
  4. Please submit 2-3 recommendation letters from a professional or academic reference
  5. Transcripts from all colleges/universities attended


London Program Assistant Application Timeline

Applications Open: Friday, March 22, 2024

Application Deadline: Sunday, April 14, 2024

All applicants, regardless of outcome, can anticipate notification of hiring decisions in late May 2024.

Anticipated appointment *start* dates: between late August 2024 and February 2025 

London PA appointments are six-months long
